Installation Instructions

The red wire will need to be connected to a constant +12V source. This can easily be located under the dash; fuse panels are good places to start, as well as the thicker gauge wires.

The black wire will need to be connected to a solid ground or negative battery terminal. Always use a bolt directly connected to the chassis to ensure a good ground. Using smaller bolts connected to secondary frames will result in occasional power loss.

The yellow wire will need to be connected to an ignition source (Something that requires +12V when the vehicle is on and 0V when the vehicle is off). Verify the ignition wire by measuring the operating voltage while the key is turned to the on or start position (the voltage should read 0 vdc when the key is in the off position, and between 11V and 14V when in the on position.

Note: Be sure to wrap the positive and negative connections with electric tape after wires are connected.

Use the included double-sided tape to secure the Dashcam directly onto your window or use the bracket with double-sided tape if you’d like easy removal in the future. We suggest placing it to the right or left of your rear-view mirror but can be placed anywhere you prefer.

All optional connections are for more complex installations and not for a typical installation.

Keeping drivers safe and productive is a challenge for any company.

Our live streaming dashcams allow you to keep an eye on your drivers, even when they are out of sight. You can make sure that your policies are being followed, provide coaching, and ensure the safety of all involved. We want to help you get more from your fleet by providing tools that improve driver performance and safety!

With our live dashcam service we will install a HD camera in each vehicle that streams footage directly into our cloud based dashboard where you can watch what's going on at any time. This gives you the ability to monitor every aspect of your fleet so you know exactly how things are going while allowing employees privacy while driving if needed. You'll be able to see who is following policy or not, which vehicles have problems with speeding or hard braking, plus much more!
